Microsoft may have been a little reluctant in bringing all of its Surface range of devices to India, but, interestingly its most powerful Surface Book yet, aka the Surface Book 2, is coming to the country. The Surface Book 2 will be launching in 17 more countries including in India this year, although a definite time-frame hasn't been revealed by the company. Ahead of launch, Microsoft has refreshed the Surface Book 2, introducing a new 128GB storage version that will cost buyers $1199 which roughly translates to Rs 77,000. The new $1199 Surface Book 2 will come with a 13.5-inch screen and an Intel Core i5 processor with 8GB RAM. Previously, the same model came with 256GB storage and cost $1499 which roughly translates to Rs 96,000. This means, the Surface Book 2 lineup, will now start at $300 less which should make more sense in markets like India where generally these things cost a bomb.
