Sony flagship with Snapdragon 845, 4GB RAM spotted on Geekbench

Sony is working on its next flagship and it is probably a part of whole new Xperia lineup that the company will be presenting next year. Though there is very  little information on the same, latest leak does hint that a new flagship is in tow.
The device code-named Sony H8266, has been spotted on Geekbench revealing a part of the specs. The phone in question runs Snapdragon 845, Qualcomm's recently launched chip that is said to power phones like the Samsung Galaxy S9 and the OnePlus 6.
The Xperia XZ1 successor, probably to be called Xperia XZ2 could be the same phone as it runs the Snapdragon 845. But it had a different model number -- H8216. So the Sony H8266 could either be a variant of the same phone or a different phone altogether. A total of four other codenames have surfaced online -- H8216, H8276, H8296 and H8266.
The Xperia XZ2 is said to come with bezel-less design and a  recent leak revealed the phone would feature a 15MP rear camera or a dual camera setup with two 12megapixel sensors. Some images were also leaked alongside, hinting a slim design with only a top bezel housing earpiece, camera and sensors -- a design similar to that of the iPhone X or the Andy Rubin's Essential phone.
The Xperia XZ2 boasts of a 90 per cent screen-to-body ratio having a 5.48-inch full HD display and a metal unibody design. The phone said to have an expected price tag of $900(Rs 57,000 approx).
XZ1 smartphone which was launched at Rs 44,990 in India this year. Despite placing it in the high end segment, Sony treaded a path less used by fitting it with a Full HD display, which didn't turn out bad. In our review we wrote: "It (Xperia XZ1) may not have a crazy 4K display like the Xperia XZ Premium, but it comes with fast and fluid software, a sleek and svelte design, stellar cameras and a decent, if not class leading display. The problem is that the competition has moved on massively. And the XZ1 still feels like it is trying hard to catch up. Massive bezels, poor battery life and antenna issues do not help matters."
